Terrace on the Domain | Sydney
A stunning spring Sydney day in the Royal Botanical Gardens to have their ceremony and magical photos and video taken. After which we headed to their newly renovated wedding reception at Terrace on the Domain where the drinks and live music kept the party going!
Simone and Joseph are one of our favourite wedding couples – we were made to feel like guests on the wedding day.
The care and thought that had gone into the planning meant that the day unfolded without a hitch. There were so many favourite moments during this day.
We loved watching the boys struggling to get past the games prepared by the girls before the tea ceremony with Simone watching over a video feed in another room. Our favourite was the whipped cream push ups with another groomsman sitting on their backs – thank goodness for autofocusing because we were laughing so hard, there would have definitely been some blurry images if our cameras didn’t have our backs!
We wouldn’t believe how beautiful Simone looked in her traditional red dress, there were some tears but plenty of laughter. Another favourite moment was how magical the light was for their first look and portraits.
We also remember it being very hot that day and this couple were such troopers through the heat. This bridal party was so much fun and LOVED posing for photos and really made our day so much easier by offering help along the way to make sure Simone and Joseph had the best day of their lives.
