Gunners Barracks, Mosman | Sydney
On a perfect spring afternoon in Sydney, Yvette and Dane tied the knot in one of the city’s most iconic harbourside venues, Gunners Barracks in Mosman. Perched above Sydney Harbour, this historic sandstone venue created a stunning backdrop for a celebration that was equal parts heartfelt and fun.
Their ceremony took place on the Harbour Lawn, where an intimate crowd of close friends and family gathered. With colour everywhere, from the vibrant guest attire to the glowing late-afternoon light, the entire scene felt effortlessly joyful. Yvette and Dane were nothing short of smitten, stealing quiet glances and holding hands tightly throughout the day.
The bridal party, full of energy and cheeky banter, brought so much laughter to the celebration. From candid moments during prep to champagne-fuelled dance floor fun, the vibe never dipped, just pure joy from start to finish.
As the sun set behind the harbour, Gunners Barracks showed off its old-world charm. The rustic sandstone walls, warm ambient lighting, and incredible views gave the entire evening an atmosphere that was both romantic, timeless and a lot of fun on the dancefloor under the fairy lights.
Weddings like Yvette and Dane’s remind us why we love what we do, capturing the moments that matter most, in places that feel like magic.

STYLE
This wedding was shot using both handheld rig and the gimbal. We also like to emulate film when shooting, to achieve this we shoot a flat S-LOG3 profile on a Sony A7siii to preserve highlights and shadows. All colour grading is done by us in FCPX and use Dehancer Pro for grain, additional blooming, halation on a Kodak Endura Glossy Paper print emulation. Along with using Phantom Luts.
