Sydney Opera House / Bathers Pavilion, Balmoral Beach | Sydney
After we shot Xianthine’s and JR’s wet an overcast pre wedding shoot in Centennial Park weeks earlier, the wedding gods were now on our side. Xianthine and JR had a very intimate and romantic wedding on the 14th of February, cupids favourite day, Valentines day.
Having their wedding in one of the lower Yallamundi Rooms of the Sydney Opera House made for a spectacular back drop as guests had a front row seat to the Sydney Harbour and Sydney Harbour bridge.
After the short wedding ceremony there were photos taken in and around the iconic Sydney Opera House and the neighbouring Royal Botanical Gardens for some beautiful light and airy photography that had that classic timeless film look we love.
After the portraits we were off to Bathers Pavilion on the promenade of Balmoral Beach, north of Sydney in the affluent suburb of Mosman. They kept the intimate setting going with a beautiful room for them and their guests to indulge it some of the best food we have had at a wedding.
We love shooting micro weddings, we really feel like we are apart of the big day in a small way.
