Sails On Lavender Bay | Sydney
What a beautiful and intimate wedding of Geraldine and Richard-Dean at Sails on Lavender Bay, Sydney.
We started the late morning with their portrait session first in Hyde Park, Sydney. We photographed mostly in and around Sandringham Memorial Garden and Fountain as this had the best protection from the direct sunlight to ensure we were able to produce soft, light and airy photography of the soon to be married couple.
With only a handful of close friends, the lovely Geraldine and Richard-Dean tied the knot at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Darlinghurst, a stunning brick church in the centre of Sydney’s affluent eastern suburbs.
With a short car trip over the Sydney Harbour Bridge, we made our way to a private room at Sails on Lavender Bay which overlooked the iconic Sydney Harbour.
With a 5 course serving plates for everyone it was all smiles over lunch with their guests. Shout out to both Geraldine and Richard-Dean for treating us as their guests, also being fed the same, it was such a wonderful day for us both.
Make sure to check out their pre wedding portraits in and around The Rocks and Martin Place.
