Mediterranean wedding theme in the Aussie bush!
Nestled away in Fagan Park is a stunning sandstone Mediterranean garden which was the most amazing backdrop to host an intimate wedding elopement or wedding ceremony. The bride and groom looked as elegant as the staircase they stood on and we can’t wait to shoot in this Sydney location again!
This styled shoot was the first we did together, and it forever has such a big place in our hearts. We not only met lifelong friends that day (we regularly work with Giselle from Sugar Blossom Events, Hayley from The Vintage Kitchen and Louise from Louise Alvarez Couture but we loved each and every single vendor we worked with on the shoot). It rained – our least favourite thing. We had to postpone this shoot, but it had to go ahead because it seemed like we were going to have rain for an entire month that June. Our favourite moments from the day were when the geese (yes, actual geese) got into the cake (luckily, after the shoot) and Simon chasing them away, only to have them return. Shooting film is something we love to do, emulating film is just as fun. To achieve our light and airy look we emulate Fuji 400h Film on a Frontier scanner.
