Elouera, Cottage Point | Sydney
Bernie and Jon’s wedding was another rescheduled wedding due to the ongoing pandemic. Originally penciled in for October 2021, it was reshuffled to December 2021, a few months later.
The day itself was perfect, mostly clear skies all day which made for some amazing candid videography for the entire day
The wedding itself was only a small affair, with a traditional Catholic ceremony at St Fiacre’s Catholic Church followed by a short tea ceremony and plenty of food for guests.
We then made the trip over to Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park (north of Sydney) at the beautifully renovated establishment called Elouera in Cottage Point. This place is everything you want for a wedding venue, perched up high, secluded and surrounded by stunning water ways.
The afternoon light was perfect at golden hour to shoot breathtaking light and airy photos and videos in and around the gardens and down by the waters edge. We were also treated to some good old fashion Aussie hospitality as the Marine Rescue guys let us use their boat for some of the video’s and photos!
This wedding was truely a blessed one to be apart of, Bernie and Jon and their family and friends really made us feel part of their family!
