Set in the heart of the NSW Southern Highlands, Imogen and Cameronโs wedding at The Robertson Hotel was the perfect mix of playful energy, colourful styling, and effortless movement from start to finish.
The day began inside the Robertsonโs beautiful getting ready spaces, which honestly are some of our favourite in the Highlands. The bright room where the girls got ready created the most stunning natural light, while the boysโ space gave us the perfect backdrop for relaxed moments, a bit of poker, and plenty of laughs before the ceremony.
Getting Ready at The Robertson Hotel
One of the biggest advantages of having your wedding at The Robertson is having both sides of the wedding party onsite. The convenience and atmosphere make the entire morning feel calm and intentional. The bright interiors, heritage charm, and soft light truly elevate the storytelling from the very beginning of the day.
We also had a little fun poolside with blow up unicorn and flamingo floaties, heart shaped glasses, and parasols, which added such a playful and editorial feel to the photos. These small personal touches brought so much personality into the gallery.
A Colourful Garden Ceremony in the Southern Highlands
The ceremony took place on the lawns surrounded by lush Highlands greenery and vibrant florals by Taylormade Bouquets. Colourful flowers always make a statement, and this ceremony was the perfect example of how bold colour can completely transform a garden setting.
The sunshine, movement of the dresses, and genuine emotion between Imogen and Cameron created moments that felt natural and full of life. Weddings at The Robertson always photograph beautifully, but when couples fully embrace colour and energy, the results are next level.

Portrait time was filled with laughter and movement as we explored the gardens and open spaces around the venue. The Robertson Hotel offers so many backdrops within walking distance, from soft greenery to architectural textures, which means portraits feel varied without ever rushing the timeline.
