Dunbar House, Watsons Bay | Sydney
This stylish and elegant wedding of Doris and Henri was a fairytale from start to end. From the bridal portraits within the retro coloured Ravesis Hotel in Bondi, the ceremony at the beautiful herritage-listed Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in waverly, to the stunning reception at Dunbar House in Watsons Bay. This wedding was perfect!
Both the girl and boys had such a relaxed and fun vibe in the morning. It was all scotch and champagne as they prepared for the day, before being whisked off in their vintage Jaguar by Royalty Weddings and limo for the bridal party to Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Waverly.
The church itself was a sight to behold with an organ perfectly suited to the acoustics of the large space for Doris and Henri shared their vows. A special shout out to Henri’s mother who performed an angelic song in the halls of the church that had everyones attention as she performed it flawlessly.
Concluding the ceremony, the bridal party were chauffeured to Centennial Park for their wedding videography portraits. Using the shade of the Pine Forest first before heading to the dried grasslands as the sunset lowered in the sky for brilliant light and airy, natural light portraits.
We made our way over to Dunbar House in Watsons Bay, east of Sydney for a few more last minute portraits as the sun set over Sydney Harbour and then it was all party from there.
The reception itself was lavish and stylish that suited their wedding perfectly, with the live band (including a saxophone) that really kept the party alive.
Doris and Henri planned this wedding to perfection and are so thrilled at how it turned out.
